Yoga For Strength and Tone

Most gym workouts target specific parts of the body. Hot Power Yoga is a full body workout that will probably help you discover muscles you didn’t know you had, even if you already work out.

As one of the more athletic and dynamic forms of yoga, you’ll find that, with regular practice, you will quickly notice an increase in both strength and tone throughout your body.

And, the more you practice, the more you will learn how to engage different muscles in the poses, and the more strength and tone you will gain throughout your body.

Worry not if you’re starting from a point of zero-exercise! All levels are welcome at our classes and our philosophy is that you should listen to your body and treat it with respect. We encourage you to challenge yourself but also to do what is right for you, and not compare yourself to other people. Our Beginner’s classes are ideal for both those who already exercise or people just starting out, and you’ll all be learning new poses together.

It normally takes 6 weeks to see a difference in your body, but you can make a great start with our 30 days for £40 unlimited pass and attend as many classes as you like.
