Find balance to the Yang of our Hot Power Yoga classes by experiencing the Yin of our Restorative class.
In this 75 minute, non-heated class you will experience fewer poses held for much longer. This allows you to go deep into your stretches and gives your body the time and space to release – allowing it to heal and recover.
Using bolsters, blocks, blankets and straps, you will be encouraged to simply let go, releasing stale energy that is stored deep within the body.
This is a great wind-down at the end of a busy week, and also great for people who have injuries.
Expect to leave feeling deeply relaxed.
