Beginner's 60 Minute Class
This class includes basic postures with lots of focus given to alignment.
It's a great technical class with longer holds as well as lots of flow.
All Levels 75 Minute Class
Get playful in this class that works through the core elements of a Hot Power Yoga sequence.
We also take some time to get playful and work on strengthening and opening for arm balances.
Make sure you can easily work against a wall.
