Keith was born in Southern Africa. From running around in the bush he moved to the urban jungle of London that he now calls home.
On practising Sivanada Yoga over a decade ago, he had his first real taste of the healing powers of Yoga. With a history of being attracted to competitive sports, he went on to try Ashtanga Yoga after hearing about its reputation as a strong practice.
Later, in 2009, Keith found Hot Power Yoga and had his first taste of power Vinyasa. He was immediately drawn to its intense physicality and spiritual emphasis.
The combination of vigorous and meditative practice, and integrating breath with movement and dynamic sequencing appealed to Keith. He now considers Hot Power Yoga an integrated part of his life and contributing factor to his everyday transformation.
He completed his RYT 200hr Teacher Training and Hands-on-Assisting programmes at Hot Power Yoga, and now shares his passion with his students. He teaches a strong, well rounded class which leaves his students feeling light and rejuvenated.
