Yoga For Flexibility

Increasing flexibility is one of the main reasons people try yoga. It’s also one of the main reasons people think they can’t do it.... particularly the boys!

Whatever your level of flexibility (or lack of), you will benefit from Hot Power Yoga.

If you feel you’re inflexible, yoga will gently and gradually build your flexibility and help you feel more free and fluid in your body.

If you’re an athlete or sports person, improving your flexibility will help increase your speed, power and reaction time, as well as reducing the likelihood of injury.

A Hot Power Yoga class takes you through a full body stretch - literally from your toes to your finger tips and everything in-between. And we work on the belly of the muscle where it has the most to give.

The studio has just enough heat to help your muscles warm up more quickly, but not so much that it’s uncomfortable to be active. The warmth allows you to get deeper into stretches, and more safely.

We also encourage you to tune into your body and not push it further than it can safely go. And we definitely won’t force you into positions that you’re not ready for.

See how much you can increase your flexibility with our Hot Power Yoga 30 days for £40 unlimited pass, and attend as many classes as you like.
