A Hot Power Yoga class takes you through a full body stretch - literally from your toes to your finger tips and everything in-between. And we work on the belly of the muscle where it has the most to give.
The studio has just enough heat to help your muscles warm up more quickly, but not so much that it’s uncomfortable to be active. The warmth allows you to get deeper into stretches, and more safely.
We also encourage you to tune into your body and not push it further than it can safely go. And we definitely won’t force you into positions that you’re not ready for.
