Jo Norton instructs the following:
- 60 Min HPY - @ Lambeth College - Beginners Class
- 90 Min HPY @ Lambeth College - All Levels Class
A beginner's level class which will work through the foundations of Hot Power Yoga. This class will focus on basic alignment and breathing. No experience in yoga required for this class. Create a stable platform of basics in this class which you can take into all other classes at HPY.
The 90 min HPY sequence to provide a balance of strength and flexibility work. Expect every one of these classes to be different, yet with enough familiarity. A good balance of flow, energy, strength, intensity, and compassion, empathy and loving kindness. Leave this class free of the weight of the mind and with lightness, joy and an enthusiasm.
