Anne Marie has practiced many different forms of yoga over a number of years, including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Bikram, but found her sanctuary at Hot Power Yoga.
A fitness enthusiast through and through, Anne-Marie previously trained in exercise to music and as a pilates instructor as well as practicing contemporary ballet for a number of years.
She came to yoga initially to develop a workout that would support her training, assist in recovering from injuries to the hips and hamstrings, and provide much needed balance to her life in the corporate world.
Since discovering Hot Power Yoga, Anne-Marie has realised the life-changing benefits of a regular yoga practice and has gone on to complete her 200Hr Teacher Training and Assisting Programs with Hot Power Yoga.
Through her teaching she inspires her students to explore their bodies from a place of acceptance, and to find their mind-body-spirit connection in order to improve their well-being. She aims to share her transformational journey with others who are looking to take ownership of their journey and create a positive change
